How long after I place an order before my kits are shipped?

In most cases, your collectable ornament kits are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If kit sales are heavy, at the latest your order is shipped within 10 business days.

How are the kits shipped?

Your order is carefully packaged and shipped US Priority mail. You will be provided with a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

If my kit arrives damaged, what can I do?

While every effort is made to assure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, occasionally things happen which are out of our control. All you have to do is put the damaged item back in the box with a short note on the packing slip telling us what the problem was and ship the item back to us at: Silk Rainbow, 203 Ponders Ray Lane, Greenville, SC 29615. We will be more than happy to send you a refund or another ornament of the same kind. If the damage was due to our error we'll be happy to pay for the shipping charges of the replacement ornament. Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship all over the world. For international customers, you will need to remember to choose the international shipping method on the secure order form. This amount is only an estimated amount. You will only be charged the actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee.

What can I do if I get stuck and don't understand a step while crafting one of the ornaments?

Our directions are fully illustrated and we have even added check boxes beside each step so you can readily find your place in the directions. Simply put your ornament together in the order the steps are written. You shouldn't have any problems but if you are still stuck, each kit arrives with a full color picture or you can refer to the full color pictures at our secure website. The designs look very complicated. Are they really as easy as you say they are?

Overwhelmingly YES. If you can stick a straight pin into a piece of Styrofoam™, you can create any of the designs offered. Just take it a step at a time and your creation will take shape right before your eyes. We recommend you start with one of the beginner ornaments if you are unsure. Before you know it, you'll be crafting the challenging collectibles.

I purchased an ornament kit last month and would now like to review it. How do I do that?
